Under 18s are now allowed to attend all matinee and evening screenings that are age appropriate. Child Tickets costing £1.50 are available for children aged 12 and below.
Infants and babies may only be admitted into age appropriate screenings. Infants under the age of 2 may be seated on their parents’ laps, however, a ticket will be required for any child in their own seat.
If an audience member looks younger than the age restriction, photographic identification may be requested (for example; driving licence, passport or any other photographic identification that we deem to be acceptable). This is applies to 12A, 15 and 18 certificated films. If ID is not provided, the house staff has the right to refuse entry - on this occasion a refund can be requested from the Box Office.
Children under 12 years of age are permitted to view films with either a U, PG, 12 or 12A certificate, provided always that:
Unless otherwise stated by the above rules, the decision as to whether a child is accompanied lies with the parent or guardian. Parents/ guardians are responsible for their children at all times, regardless of whether or not the child is accompanied.
